The Strategy Consultant position is a perfect opportunity to leverage your consulting skills and experience to join a ‘best in class’ group of talented strategists and digital media analysts. Working with us, you will contribute to building global web strategies leveraging the latest trends and technologies with multinational blue-chip clients.
You would be joining a team that specializes in web globalization strategy – helping major global companies drive their global business online across 20, 50 or even 100s of countries.
To-date, you have probably worked in a marketing or strategy role and continue to look for new challenges. Your mission as a Strategy Consultant at Molecular would be to apply your intellectual curiosity and determination with your keen market insight and analytical skills to help make our clients e-business strategies more successful. Whether you are conducting primary market research, interpreting statistics, researching market trends or interactive technologies or developing measurement and testing strategies, we will count on you to provide analysis and recommend solutions that earn client respect and drive new digital marketing opportunities.
Your experience with market research (primary and secondary), business and organizational strategy is essential.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Conduct (or support) interviews of internal stakeholders and end-customers
- Analyze web metrics and business data (such as sales, leads)
- Review client’s technology and organizational models
- Conduct comparative reviews of client’s competitors web presence
- Participate in developing and generating global web strategies for our clients
Skill Competencies:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of business issues, financial analysis
- Understanding of company organizations and marketplace dynamics
- Ability to read and understand annual reports, P&L and other key financial documents
- Understanding and experience with statistics and market research
- Understanding of the key technologies and trends of global web technologies, such as Content Management Systems, web metrics, portals and e-commerce
- Strong interest in global, business and strategic issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Relevant undergraduate or advanced degree
- Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role
