Software Engineer, Associate - Boston Office

Overall Accountability and Job Summary

The associate software engineer utilizes their knowledge of web technologies to develop components of a project following architecture and directions of more senior staff. They adheres to technical standards (internal and external). They work on a specified schedule and report their status in on a regular basis. They are managed closely.

Consulting / Client Leadership:

• Participates in achieving project/ client objectives through own activities with significant direction and support from others.
• Emerging skill in external consulting skills and techniques, but typically little client contact.

Molecular Leadership / Staff Management:

• Utilizes knowledge of web technologies to develop components of a project following architecture. and directions of more senior staff.
• Adheres to technical standards (internal and external).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
