Don S. Bell, Vice President, Managing Director

As Managing Director, Don Bell is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to Molecular’s clients.  He is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the services team as well as helping to drive on-going success and the strategic growth of the organization.     

Previously, Don Bell was the Vice President of Delivery Excellence at Molecular.  In this role, he directed the operational aspects of Molecular’s delivery organization across offices and sets the strategic direction for how Molecular delivers rigorous achievement of business results to clients.  Prior to that role, Bell was the Vice President of Project Management at Molecular where he managed the day-to-day operations of the project management team.

Before joining Molecular, Bell worked at iXL, a technology consulting company focused on Web strategy, design and development. In his role as Director of Technology, he was responsible for defining strategic technical direction for iXL’s clients.

Don Bell received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
