Kim Weller, Director, Creative Services
Kim Weller is an experience design expert who applies her knowledge to define best in class experiences that not only have high user impact, but also solve business problems and enhance brand perception. She currently leads the Creative team in providing high impact creative solutions and is constantly looking for new ways to leverage emerging technology and solving design challenges. Weller has also taken on a strategic national role for Molecular to drive innovation and thought leadership across our offices.
Since joining Molecular in 1998, Weller has led strategic experience design initiatives for leading companies such as Nikon, HomeGoods, Talbots, and Staples. In addition, she has consulted on several initiatives including T.J.Maxx’s Single-Screen Checkout, the Yankee Candle Product Configurator. Her work has received numerable recognition and awards, and she has presented her expertise at several national conferences, including Web Design World.
Kim Weller’s career in user experience strategy and design began in the early '90s as a merchandiser/designer for Crate and Barrel, creating in-store experiences designed to sell products and enhance the brand. After completing her Masters in Global Marketing, Advertising and Communications in Brussels, Belgium, Weller shifted her focus to the Internet.
