Peter Marci, Vice President, Engagement Director | Project Management Discipline Lead

Peter Marci provides senior leadership to project teams and is responsible and accountable for the quality and timely delivery of design and development projects. Marci also has responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the project management team and sets the strategic direction for how Molecular delivers rigorous achievement of business results to clients. In addition, Marci ensures that the latest project methodologies are integrated into client’s project portfolios.

Pete Marci has over twenty-five years of consulting and management experience in the retail and energy services industries. Before joining Molecular, Marci worked at Envisa, where he shaped e-commerce systems delivery and interactive marketing initiatives for leading multi-channel retailers such as Smith+Noble, Stonewall Kitchen and A.T. Cross. Marci also held various information system and process management positions at Accenture and Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. While at Accenture, Marci lead the design of an Enterprise-wide document management application for the Halliburton Company.

Pete Marci earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Information Processing from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. He also received an MBA from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
