Alicia Arnold, Vice President, Account Management

Alicia is responsible for managing existing client relationships. With over 15 years of experience, Alicia has a diverse background that spans financial services, high-tech and consumer packaged goods. She has managed consulting engagements for companies including IBM, Unilever, Fidelity Investments, Reebok, and Humana.

Alicia’s experience includes interactive strategy, large-scale, global site development and digital marketing. She is driven by building lasting client relationships, crafting proactive account strategies, and working with her teams to create best in class solutions. Alicia has a special passion for creativity and innovation and brings fresh perspective to client challenges.

Prior to joining Molecular, Alicia worked at One to One Interactive. Alicia holds an MBA from Bentley College and is pursuing a second Masters in Creativity, Innovation and Change Leadership at Buffalo State College.
