Rob Parrish, Vice President of Human Resources

Rob is responsible for aligning Molecular’s business strategy and goals with the goals and needs of our employees by creating practices, processes and tools that support our shared interests.  A dynamic culture with inspired and best in class talent enables Molecular to deliver best in class solutions for our clients.

With over 20 years of human resources management experience, Parrish has held positions in some of the country’s leading media, advertising, technology, and retail firms.  Parrish joined Molecular in 2000, after serving as Global Director of Human Resources for Zentropy Partners, an e-business unit of the Interpublic Group of Companies.  In this capacity, he was responsible for creating and leading global human resources services function.    Parrish also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Hill, Holliday, and integrated marketing communications firm headquartered in Boston. 

Parrish received a B.A. in Art History from the University of Vermont and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
