Web sites are complicated with every element affecting every other element. And so when a site needs change—either tweaks or a complete overhaul—retailers often don't know where to begin. This is particularly true of smaller retailers who don't have the staff expertise or bandwidth to analyze everything that could happen at a site. This session will examine both front-end and back-end processes that affect the customer experience and show retailers the hierarchy of site design to help them create a framework for priorities when making changes.
