internet consulting firm Promotes Other Executives as it Prepares for Next Growth Phase

WATERTOWN, Mass. – January 25, 2007 – Molecular, Inc., a leading internet consulting firm, today announced that Howard Kogan, who has been with the firm for ten years, has been named President.  As President, Kogan will continue to manage all day-to-day operations for Molecular while playing a larger role in developing its overall strategy and direction.  Ralph Folz, who continues as CEO, will devote his attention to building Molecular’s presence in New York and San Francisco, where it now has rapidly growing offices, and he will continue to execute on integration and strategic initiatives within the expanding Isobar network.

As the firm prepares for its next phase of growth, Molecular also announced four strategic promotions within its Boston (Watertown) office: Patrick Heath moves from Vice President, Engineering to Managing Director, Boston; Cameron Logan moves from Principal Consultant, Engineering to Director of Engineering; Alec Francesconi expands his role as Director of Strategy to focus on managing the growth of Molecular’s Strategy practice; and Don Bell is promoted from Director to Vice President, Project Management.

“Since we were acquired by Isobar in 2005, Molecular has continued its steady growth and solidified its position as a leader in the Internet consulting space,” said Ralph Folz, Molecular’s CEO.  “We have successfully matured as a business because of Howard’s unique combination of operations expertise and strategic vision, and we couldn’t be in better hands for this next stage of growth.  For my part, I look forward to helping drive Molecular’s continued geographic expansion and to working more closely with Sarah Fay and the Isobar leadership team to capitalize on our tremendous opportunity in the digital marketing services industry.”

“Together, Ralph and Howard have built Molecular into a premium firm with a client roster that now includes some of the world’s top brands,” said Sarah Fay, president of Isobar U.S.  “Through innovation and operations excellence, the firm has become a market leader.   We’re excited to see continued growth at Molecular under Howard’s capable leadership and to achieving new breakthroughs in marketing services innovation with Ralph playing a more active role within the Isobar network.”

“The next phase of growth at Molecular will be exciting, especially since the industry is changing so rapidly with Web 2.0, the mobile web and social networking driving innovation,” said Howard Kogan.  “What stands out in today’s news, however, is the groundswell of talent that is now ascending through our firm.  Patrick, Cameron, Alec and Don are not only integral to our firm’s success; they are also part of the new generation of Internet thought leaders that are changing the entire industry by merging technology and creativity in ways never before imagined.”

In May 2005, Molecular joined the Isobar network of digital marketing companies.  Isobar, a new kind of network, is the first truly global digital marketing services network specifically designed to deliver creativity, innovation and agility.  Each wholly-owned Isobar agency, which includes Molecular, Carat Fusion, iProspect, Freestyle Interactive and Ammo Marketing in the U.S., retains its own branding, its own identity and its own culture.  In others words, each agency keeps what made it special in the first place.
